Actually you are just making yourself sound ten times more ignorant, I do not have to work for Microsoft to know common sense. No-one has or will get banned for license transfer unless they stole the persons account to do it and then it was reported. If you can actually use some intelligence you could see that this would be the case. No-one that I've known has been banned for license transferring with another friend. Now this is where I need proof. Dont have any? Oh, well that is too bad. Next time you think about turning this facepalm thing around on me, come up with a more intelligent defense. :facepalm:

Exactly but its past the point. He/She/It edited their post because they obviously are just another xbox 'ambassador' who has no intelligence of what has and what hasn't happened to people who have license transferred and doesn't know that unless the person you license transfer from reports you to xbox, you are free to license transfer all you want. That is not proof, people got banned for doing exactly what I said you will be banned for, taking someones account and illegally accessing downloadable content. No-one who has legitimately license transferred with a friend has been banned. :facepalm:

So from this OP, don't license transfer if you don't want to risk getting banned.
