Specs:
A new leak from VGLeaks, and reported on by TechCrunch, offers a look at some of the computing power being built into the Xbox 720. And according to those leaks, the new Xbox 720 console includes:
Console Specs
8 CPU cores at 1.6GHz, with a custom 800MHz graphics processor in the GPU. There are 8GB of RAM on board, with 32MB of fast embedded SRAM at double the throughput speed, and a 50GB-capable 6x Blu-ray drive. Wireless connectivity protocols include both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct, and theres still a Gigabit Ethernet port for gamers with low latency multiplayer demands. Itll also come with USB 3.0 and HDMI 1.4a, which supports 3D over HDMI, Ethernet, audio return channels and 4K resolution.

Release date:
Console Release:
As stated by many many sites, the Xbox 720 gaming console is supposedly going to be released in time for Christmas of 2013. I could not find a specific date, but all of the sites do lead to the point that it will be available for Christmas.
Microsoft Xbox 720 Reveal Information:
We expected Microsoft to unveil the Xbox 720 during E3 in June, but now its said that the company will announce its next-generation gaming console at its own media event sometime in early April, where theyll have the chance to take as much time as they want to show off the new console without any attention being taken away by other E3 events.
In fact, Ustechs, which is a partner of Microsofts and has worked with the company on previous media events such as their press conference at E3 last year, has registered the domain name XboxEvent.com, which could be used to promote Microsofts rumored April event, and act as a central hub for the event.
Of course, this is all speculation, but Sony believes that they have ruffled some feathers over in Redmond, Washington. While the console wars have always been around, it looks like 2013 will be host to one of the biggest console wars we may ever see. The PlayStation 4 will be available to the public in time for the holiday season this year, and we can expect the same from Microsoft.

Miscellaneous Info:
The Xbox 720 will require that you have an internet connection to function. You will not even be able to play offline games on the Xbox 720 without an internet connection.
It is also claimed that physical games will come with an activation code rendering them useless as second hand.
The new version of the Kinect sensor will have improved, Siri-like, voice recognition, for wake on voice, natural language controls, speech-to-text and more.
The Xbox 720 will have blu-ray support.

Price:
From what we've seen online, it's looking like the Xbox 720 may not be as expensive as you think. The file removed by Microsofts legal team quoted a launch price of $299 with the new Kinect. This is surprisingly cheap for a launch console, considering that back in 2005 the Xbox 360 came out at 279. Such a small price tag on a console yet to be announced is one of the more questionable rumours we've stumbled upon.
Games for the Playstation 4 and the Xbox 360 will be 100$. Watch the video below
I know it only shows the price for the PS4, but they are normally the same price anyhow.

Rumors:
The 56-page leak was bursting with juicy hardware and software rumours, including news that Microsoft could be introducing augmented reality glasses for use as a peripheral. It's a concept that sounds reminiscent of Google's Project Glass, which was announced back in April. Don't get too excited just yet, though. The Xbox 720 timeline within the document claims that augmented glasses would come much later than the consoles initial launch.

I hope they make it where your xbox 360 profile transfers over. I would hate to restart my account, also another thing that would be cool is if you could play with friends who still have the 360 but only on the 360 games
