"Humans are not worthless, we are all indivituals we are all unique, and of course everyone is remembererd, but maybe not by another genaration but by there genaration there remembererd. "

This is true, but what I am saying is, in the end, we won't be remembered. Our time will come when we're all forgotten.

"well with this you are also telling people not to even try to make anything of there life "

This is not at all what I am telling people. I'm not trying to convince people to do one thing or another, just to think about this. If this makes you want to waste your one and only life away, so be it.

"This has really got me thinking. So basically what you're stating is that you have to live life to the full because we'll all die one day and have wasted our life but we won't know it because we're dead. "

This isn't what I was trying to say or make people believe. However, I do agree with it.

"What he is saying is, don't try your best there is no point, when there is a point to everything in life. "

This is not what I am saying.

Please, stop making assumptions as to what I'm trying to say in this message. I'm simply trying to get the community thinking. Nothing more, nothing less.

We are remembered by our own species. Your legacy lives on after you. I think you're overthinking this. Because you're basically saying everything anywhere is worthless. It's not, it's just evolution.

"You talked about no afterlife, but you said you want this non-religious?" Obviously? No afterlife would exclude many religions from the discussion. I do not want the idea of a "God" saving us or our "souls" going to heaven/hell. How doesn't that make sense to you?

You completely missed the point of this, by the way.

Then obviously this post isn't clear enough if people need to make assumptions.

Im no going to comment on what you said about what happens after you die, but I do want to make a comment on what you were saying about the human species dieing off.

Now, for millions of years the human body has been constantly adapting to its surroundings, and still is adapting and will be adapting to new changes forever. This is one of the many reasons why we are still here, is because of our ability to adapt. Now I believe that as things change in the world around us, our species will be able to adapt instead of just dieing off. Also, we will never run out of space to explore, as the universe is constantly expanding at rates that are impossible to even think about, even if we did have the technology to travel faster; we would not be able to come to like a dead end of the universe.

Thats just my opinion on this.

We have been able to adapt these millions of years because things have VERY slowly been changing around us. We have never changed to something as dramatic as, say, our sun exploding.

I agree with you on this point aswell, because if you think about it; Thomas Edison is dead and wont remember anything that he did, but that doesnt mean that his life was useless and had no point. His legacy and what he did has affected a lot of people and he is still remembered. This is the same for everybody that has ever lived on this planet for different reasons.

I agree mostly. The universe is so vast (Infinite has not yet been proven) that we could never even come remotely close to exploring 1/1000000000000000000000000+ of it. We can't even reach Mars atm

But I think something will end us eventually. Or we could end ourselves which is very likely.

In the very end, we are technically worthless due to the fact that everyone and everything will be dead. Nothing about us will live on. Things about us live on now when we die, but there will be a time where the whole universe will be dead when either every star goes out or if the universe collapses on itself. In that moment, everyone of us becomes worthless. It's a very valid point if an afterlife doesn't exist or we aren't able to travel to any other universes (if they even exist.)

Lol we would never survive or adapt from our sun exploding. It'd be impossible.

We really wouldn't be able to adapt to many catastrophic happenings.
