well im not aloud to buy stuff using my parents credit card they wont let me so i have to work my way to the top to get gold member for someone to gift me gold but then yet i see people with not even 1 rep power which i find so annoying

And if you're not able to buy it yourself, don't ask for it, and be helpful for the community of ttg and maybe you'll get gifted sometime

You could have 1 post and no rep and still be gold.
But for your situation, you either have to buy gold yourself or be gifted it from another TTG member who has either found you helpful or is feeling generous.

You can get whatever rank you want but you will not be able to become a STAFF member once you get 2 warnings i don't know if its 2 or after 2 you can't so check up on that.
