i Just Fixed the Christmas lights

when i start it up from the power button

it keeps going into xell

Reflash a old nand.
That'll probably work.

are u sure ur not booting it with the eject button because that is what boots xell not the power button i dont know why it boots into that, maybe u should reflash ur nand

reflash the original nand. and make sure you have the original buy contacting the person you bought the jtag from. not a modified version
