What I have done is take my NAND and CPU key and got to Jrunner and do all the steps and it doesn't make a folder with the update

No all you need to do is get your cpu key and get the nand that you backed up. If you have it open up xebuildgui if you dont heres a direct link: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
All you need to do is put your backed up nand file onto your pc and open it up in xebuild_gui. then type in your cpu key (found by xell) it should automaticaly select whether you have a jtag or an rgh. then click generate hacked image. it will generate it and you should be good to flash the new update.bin in flash 360 if you need further help i can do it for you just send me your nand and cpu key.
