Hello Guys this is a quick tutiorial on how to mod your gamertag in the cod series.

Things you will need to do this is:
A Transfer cable.
Computer - You obviously have one because your reading this.

Downloads you will need are here:
The first program you will need is Xport 360: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Second thing is EZGT 2.2: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Lastly Modio: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .

Now That we've got that sorted this is how you do it:

1.Connect your hardrive to the computer using transfer cable.
2.Open up xport 360, click the hardrive that pops up.
3.Click where it says xbox 360 hardrive then partition 3.
4.Then click content. (This is where your accounts are kept)
5.Now by double clicking these folders, you'll see that a load of games pop up. pick the account that has the games you have played.(This is Your account)
6.When you see all those games you should see a thing called xbox dashboard click on it.
7.Now that is open a folder called FFF... Then a folder called 00010000.
8.Now the peice in that folder 00010000 there will be your profile called E000.... its different for everone.
9.Drag that profile to your desktop and open in ezgt 2.2.
10.Now you can delete that name and pput anything you want.
When you pick a colour it will have a icon like this ^ then a number ^1 to have black letters change the number to 0 should look like this: ^0.
To have a blank name go into the advanced tab and click oD hex click 15 of them and you'll have a blank name.
11.Click save and it should make a new folder on your desktop.
12.That is your modded account which you'll be using.
13.Open modio and click open folder [b]from computer[/b].
14.Now go through the desktop and find the modded profile and open all the little profiles in side the modded profile.
15.Once you have opened it, it will show you a little page in modio click rehash and resign which is in the left hand corner.
16.Now that is done all you have to do is put the modded profile into your hardrive.
To do this you close content and then drag the profile in to content. (this makes a new profile on your xbox)
17.Close your hardrive and put your hardrive back in your xbox.

That is the computer bit done!

Now for the xbox sign in bit.

1. go on your profile like normal and load up call of duty mw2.
2. Click multiplayer but dont go any further.
3.Now sign out and sign into the modded profile which you'll know when you see it.
4.Click xbox live and it will say "This account is not aloud on xbox live" Click ok.
5.Now all your profiles should automatically apear click your main account.
6. click xbox live and there you have it your modded name.

I Hope this tutorial helps any of the new modders that have joined.
I know that this is a easy mod but for people that are just starting welcome to the modding sociaty.
