Than download Hamachi which allows you to join with a fake IP.

Than after you've downloaded Hamachi you go to "Network," at the top. Than you click "Join Existing Network." Than for Network ID type in this: Minecraft Adventure Maps1. Than for the Password type this: 123.
After that open up Minecraft than click "Add Server," and type in 192.168.1.3 and or 25.241.113.88
Than wait for further instructions...
