Could someone please that has proof and i can trust do a free backup for me.and i also have my consle id so u can do the backup

If you haven't found someone to do the backup yet, think twice and make sure you can actually trust them.

There are people out there that will try to sell or use your ID. (Which will most likely get you console ban from PSN)

The safest bet would be to just buy a jailbroken PS3, but the choice is yours.
