so i kinda lost my 10k from the security stronghold. I completed the waterfall quest so i do have 30 attack 31 strength 10 defense 14 hp. I got full bronze like 200 gp and a black sword. Any suggestions on what to do?

Work up smithing, and head to rune Orr smelting and selling the bars.
