everytime i try to load it i get a error so i try to download java again and it crashes know what do i do

update java and you should be fine,

if not, clear the cache on your computer

ive had the same problem with java i updated uninstalled old versions cleaned cache the only way i could fix this problem was reset my whole entire computer.
To clean your a cache goto

there is no files in there for the cache it dosent even load i cant get the game to load

Yea, your gonna have to reset your pc thats the only way i know how to fix it.
