i have:

windows 7
iphone 3gs jailbroken 6.0.1 (old bootrom)



i am looking to make an iphone app through c++ programming and to put it onto my iphone without paying $100 to apple for them to put it onto the appstore. i am using windows. here is an example, but it doesnt use c++ and i was looking for something more proffesional but anything will be appreciated. thanks.
