I load my mw2 up & then it take me back to main menu :/


Why is that ?

Try deleting the latest update and try it again.

So, you start the game. Click multiplayer right? And it immediately takes you back to the main menu?

Its Before i go on anything it take me back to main menu

You automatically start on main menu. Have you tried accepting an invite from a friend?

Try this:

1) Sign out of your PSN account on your PS3.
2) Launch the game MW2
3) Go to Multiplayer. It'll ask you to sign on.

I have that problem and closing my uTorrent fixes it. It usually happens after too much bypass
