I got my new xbox made my new account and on gow 3 I'm level 11 and I got ACHIVEMENTS for being level 5 and 10 I have never played on this xbox nor account

How did you were level 11 so??
That's seem weird... Have you try to erase the Player data? (Should have done it before starting on a new account.. but profile ID aren't the same from one profile to one other)
