I got the 4GB Xbox360 Slim and i'm not sure how to fix it. Either i have to replace the laser or do something with it from what i heard or seen on youtube but don't have a stable answer. Either that or i might just sell it. Can anyone help me? Basically, when i put the disc in it says "Open Tray". Thank you guys.

Well, don't go crazy and sell it.

Are you trying more than one game?
Is the disc scratched or damaged in any way?
Have you tampered with the DVD drive at all?

Also, try looking up some solutions on Google, I am sure this is a common situation.

Yeah i tried 5-6 games.
No, perfectly condition.
No i haven't done anything to the drive, i am not an experienced person with fixing things inside the xbox, but i know what i'm doing i just need a stable answer so i can attempt to fix it. I heard that it's most likely the laser but there's no clear explanation for it.
