Use a screen capture, so it records everything you do while creating a speed art.

Fraps is probably the best. Then edit it in Sony Vegas and select which speed you want the video to be.

Well obviously a Computer with a Screen capture program, Like Fraps etc. Also use Photoshop or whatever you're using.

Use a screen capture and re watch it while speeding it up.

Camstudio or a different recording program, Cinema 4D or a different 3D program that you like if you want to make 3D objects, and Photoshop. Photoshop is probably the best picture editing program made. Also, an editing program. Sony Vegas is good.

Well you'll need the recording software, an ordinary screen recorder, just google it, then you'll need the programs to create art, which I hope you already have

just use fraps to record photoshop and then import the video to sony vegas and speed it up
