why does he not sell on paypal anymore? and he wont reply but i think that is because he is busy +rep for answer

paypal accounts are unreliable & can be limited if people report them rendering the money in the account useless.
Amazon cards are just easier so thats probably why he does not use paypal

Why would he accept Amazon Gift Cards? You would gave to send him like 30 $100 Amazon Gift Cards For the life time member ship. I think he should use Google Checkout, something like that.

he stopped using paypal as people dispute the payments hence why its only trusted users who can use it.

The main reason he done this is because once people payed him for their online time they disputed the payment and won it back which just screwed him over.

Lmfao, at these answers. You really should of just asked him yourself. The reason is, is because of people charging back, and PayPal limited his old account, because of what he was selling. (As was done with all of the modding supplies website's, if you remember. Go ask him, he will tell you the same thing.
Although, I am able to buy through PayPal, because I have bought so much from him. buy a couple of times, and don't charge back, and then he will trust you.(Most likely)
