It happened to me in a game before but nobody believed me. It kinda hurts your eyes a bit in game though, it comes across kind of fuzzy.

im pretty sure I saw a tut on how to do this...

you go to online seasin do the list players, wait for opponent to leve, then play another match and it works.... it was something like that

I just went onto FUT and as the players came out i realised it and i have no idea how it has happened

That happened to me on fifa 12, then my club deleted, i was well pissed off.
