1. Dump your nand from you JTAG to your USB

Put USB into JTAG > Run XeXMenu > go to USB1 > "Flash360" Folder> Click "Flash360.xex" >
Dumping X > A > ...Wait... > Back Button > Back Button.

2. Move "flashdmp.bin" to your desktop from your usb.

3. Open up 360 Flash Tool v0.91

4. Open File > open the "flashdmp.bin"

5. Import KV

6. Click "Key Vault" box the browse for the KV

7. Save as whatever you want **this save is not final** (SAVE TO DESKTOP YOU WILL DELETE LATER)

8. Open the file you just saved.

9. Click "Patch" > Check the "Patch Key Vault" box > Paste YOUR DVD KEY in the place of the DVD KEY you see now.

10. Make sure the "Region" is set to "US" or you'll x-mas lights. Make sure your OSIG is the same too.

11. Save as "updflash.bin" (or you'll bad flash your jtag)

12. Put "updflash.bin" onto your USB drive

2. Run "Flash360.xex"

3. KV Flashing --> A > B > Start > A > Start > A...Finished.... > Any Button > Back Button > Back Button

4. Wait 30 seconds then Turn your JTAG back on.

5. Sign into your account.
- If it worked it should take a little to sign onto XBL.
- If it didn't work - when you try to sign into XBL a message will automatically popup saying that
"This console has been banned..."

u should go take a seat in the corner seeing as my controller doesnt sync how the f**k am i ment to do that

could be a controller virus. or trade it in and get a diffrent oneeee

smartie wrote ok i have a falcon and the controller wont sync so let me save u some time i have tried to flash my updflash.bin through xellous but it doesnt work comes up with some error 10 times but i dont think i have xellous bcoz its not the same as the way it was so i have no idea ive tired looking for updxell.bin or watever so ive seen on sonme threads but it just says something flash error
