Hi there,
As BT Infinity (Fiber Optic) has just been installed in my local area I am looking to swtich to BT. I am currently paying a huge amount of broadband, tv, phonecalls etc.. So I am looking to buy an all-in-one package.
I would like to buy the BT vision, they offer 2 packages;
Essential Pack
This TV package gives you:
Unlimited access
Currently:
(A Month)
Sky - 65
Internet - 20
Homephone - 40
BT are currently offering a BT infitity + calls + TV and Sky (Sky sports) for 70 pound a month.
I would like to hear some of your stories on the BT infitiy customer service and especially their BT vision packages.
Could you please offer me some help?
