I make great quality videos just because I have low video views and low subscribers doesn't mean they are a shit network and the network i partnered with is RPMNetwork and they are really reliable.

It cost's money to partner people, a lot. I Don't think many partners would partner this early, considering it is a business, not a friend of yours.

No one gets paid from mobile views and that is YouTube's fault. RPM pays a flat rate no matter how many views you get.
