I want the spikes to like, go over my head so its going outwards but how to I spike it at such a angle? any help is appreciated!

EDIT: Gel and hairspray are options, but how do I spike it at such a angle? Also, is there a specific name for this?

Gel is too heavy on your hair, you need to use wax and hairspray to get a hair style like that otherwise the gel will make your hair drop down like you explained.

Oh yeah, good point.. but how would I go about waxing/ using hairspray to get it perfect? or close to it?

For the angle,

Gel is no option for the weight so wax and hairspray go to the barbers and get them to do it and you just need to watch there technique
