Not true, that's very low. Different processors have different Tjunction Maxes (TJ Max, not the store), which is their max core temp. If a CPUs core temp reaches TJ Max, its THERMTRIP# signal will activate and shut itself down to prevent damage. Google will get you the numbers for whatever CPU you need. For example, Sandy Bridge is 95C, Ivy Bridge is 105C, etc.
