Hello,

I used to run a eBay business and recently my paypal accoutn got limited because of old tenants at my address and i have contacted them. Paypal say the limit will not be lifted -_-

Anyway i have been looking around for a Verified paypal account with no limits for sale.

If anyone knows where i can get them at a reasonable price let me know.
