Well, based off of your profile, you are 20.
So, basically it shouldn't be to hard to loose weight.
Just do the basics, diet, work out. Do basic things in your free time.
Do push ups, sit ups, walk, pull ups, walk, run, the usual things, rather
than waste time watching t.v. or spending it on the computer.

Do do this for a while, your not going to loose in one or two weeks.
It takes time, so don't give up.

Hope it helps,
-Chi

Oh well shoot.
If you're 13, you will have no problem loosing weight.
Join a sport, get into a gym, go running. All easy ways to loose weight.

It's all down to your height and muscle build. How long have you been training? Do you consider yourself to be a big build (muscle)? Also what is your height?

All of those answered questions adds up to your weight.. you can't really have a recommended weight, especially if your hitting the weights. Cause then your weight will just increase. Also if you're in your teens, you are still growing.
