You need to replace the PSU, which is actually an over-rated ~500-watt Andyson B-Series unit. Andyson puts out a lot of decent stuff and a lot of garbage, but this seems to be the latter. You've got some expensive hardware, so you need to take responsibility for it. Fortunately, the Antec VP-450 is only $40 and it's an excellent unit that will easily power your system, even overclocked.
