Like everyone else here I want him to win, but if Microsoft supports "The Pro" there is no way lupo can win. Sorry I just doubt it will happen. I don't think people realize how big the Microsoft Corporation is.

I support Lupo, but Microsoft is one of the biggest companies out there, and I'm positive they will win.

I definitely support Lupo 100%. What The Pro did was wrong. It's unethical. And it doesn't even make sense. Lupo has the video as VISUAL PROOF of EVERYTHING that happened. If you support the Pro, then why don't you spend your time with him, behind bars. What The Pro did could be taken into a "hacking" offense in ways if Lupo proceeds towards that course (idk if he is or not, or if he's pleading for something else). But, on the other side of the story, that little kid could be brought in, probably not, but there's a chance and if that happens, then I would LMAO because of how funny that would be...

*Judge: "What was it that was said to 'The Pro' over Xbox LIVE"?

*Kid: "... I f***ed your grandma so hard that she went flying out the window..." (he says, in a quiet voice).

But all in all, go for it Lupo. Do not back down. He needs to be taught a lesson and this is perfect for you. And 'bravo' for your mom supporting you, I hope she hates him as much as I/you/we do. And @TTG_BLaCkMaGiK & Eric, It depends, if they strongly take the side of The Pro (the most stupid decision to make), then they could win. But if they say that he is fired and they turn against him for having him violation the TOS and the Code of Conduct, then Lupo/Microsoft will easily win then by a long shot.
