today i woke up with an email from youtube asking if i wanted partner, i agreed, i had 3 subs, but its of my other account, anyway i got a background made and im having problems...

and this is the probelm, bassicaly my banner wont fit into my background as you can see, any ideas why?

turn off scrolling thats what it is
