I just clean installed windows 7 on my laptop. The problem is that I cannot connect to the internet through WiFi, only Ethernet, which is how I am writing this right now. My laptop is the n4110 insprion laptop. If you can help me I will +rep you. Thanks in advance.

If your laptop had pre installed software, then its likely you have wiped the drivers for the wireless adapter. Instead of a clean install, you should have just gone into backup and restore, and reset to factory condition.

Search for Wifi Network Connections and then enter the password if needed. Does that work?
