Cooler: Use the stock which comes with CPU
$538.92
Don't expect to be playing everything maxed while playing in 1080p. For an idea of how much FPS you'll be getting, see here; [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
If you want to use $630 of your budget then you can switch out the GPU for this one; [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - you'll see a good performance increase over the 7770. For an idea of how much FPS you'll be getting and a comparison of the two, see here; [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

The 3220 will offer a little better performance than the sandy bridge. Also I put in a 7870 for pure 1080p gaming. It should handle all modern day games at max settings at a playable fps. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Along with better fps in games, it is optimized for cooling which will allow you to overclock it pretty well.
Total will come to $698.92 before shipping and rebates.
