Okay for one, I am an intern at Epic Games in North Carolina and you can ban people from specific games. Ever heard of Gears of War or Halo dumbshit? You are playing on their servers and they can ban you from them. ISO modding is in no way against the XBL terms of service unless you are using a flashed disk drive to play them because you are no violating any of microsoft's policies by modififying in-game content for your own entertainment(go read Section 9: Paragraph 17 of their "Terms of Service"). Anything else your smartass would like to blurt out so I can put you to shame?

It also applies even if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses, fails of its essential purpose, or we knew or should have known about the possibility of the damages.

Nothing in this Agreement will affect a consumer's statutory rights that cannot be modified by agreement. Nothing in this Agreement will exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, gross negligence or willful intent. Some or all of these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you if your state, province, or country does not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or other damages.

ISO modding is against xbox terms of use is so many ways, any kind of modification breaches is. Rockstar cant ban you from their servers unless they were to reprogram the servers and patch the game to work with new servers that support player banning

you crushed the poor soul...wouldnt jtag, rgh, flashed xbox, hotswapping be considered as against the terms of conditions, also on the actual games they state the game modifying shouldn't be done and they will take people to court for it? it changes on different games but its along those lines on every game...
