Last time I was on Xbox it was patched unless you get into a Modded Lobby & Edit your clan tag.

P.s: I've got a PS3 now so yea...

Some people told me you could do it with a USB and some program, I don't know if it works anymore. I haven't seen anyone with a modded clan tag in months.
