Well I have recently got a 2000 or 20002 windows xp computer from my grandfather. Witch it hasent been used for over 2 years. But everything works it's just that I had to update like everything adobe, google, and a bunch of other programs. But I need this computer to RGH and jtag consoles! But when I went to open J-Runner it couldn't find anything to open with it. So I tried winrar but it kept saying couldn't install please restart me. So I downloaded like the newest version of net framework like 4.5, but my computer said download something like 2.02075. So I don't know what to do, and if you can help me please do! I will rep whoever helps me!
