Which one is better elgato or roxio hd? The roxio hd has hdmi and component unlike the elgato that only has hdmi.....the roxio is $115 and the elgato is $160!!! Why such a price difference and which is the smarter buy?

Basically just personal preference, I would go with the Roxio HD. Cheaper, and it has component as well. You get the same quality for $45 less, it's a pretty good deal I think. Your best bet is going with Roxio HD.

Go with Elgato, its super easy to use and the quality is amazing !
