just curious as I have a banned account until; 31/12/9999

I doubt the accounts will be unbanned, there's a small chance of it being unbanned but it's marked in their system as banned.

I doubt that, you were banned from Xbox Live. If you are transferring an Xbox Live account you would still be banned.

No, banned accounts would not become unbanned.
