This is a tough topic for me.

I don't believe in those ghost TV shows.
I think they are completely fabricated, and old buildings that get a lot of attention are usually built between the 18-early 1900's. Mostly using copper wiring and basic concrete they emit a low enough frequency which you can't consciously hear, like a dog whistle.
The sensory overload can't be explained and combining it with the environment and typical human imagination, it wreaks havoc with your emotions, inducing fear, panic and dread, hence the feeling of being haunted.
In the same way that senses are heightened when one is lost, visions in old buildings like these can be explained as the eyes overcompensating for what your ears are missing.

However, I don't know about haunting in general.
I'm leaning to the side of it being fake though.

My friends friend's house is haunted by a daughter and a dad.. And it's legit because I've been there.

I do believe in paranormal activity. (Not the movie) I have had a few frights myself from unexplained things you could say. Also, my grandpa was highly into paranormal things. I remember we used the Ouija Board. It was so fun, yet scary. I remember the chills I would get from it. Until he said he was moving it. Ruined the entire mood. But, still fun.

I tend to leave all of that alone. I'd hate to have something coming and like haunting me or knowing thats on my conscience, so I don't mess with like graveyards, or sacred burials, or anything like that.

But to the people who say "i can see ghosts". Shut your ass up, phonies. I had a girl at work tell me she can foresee events, and weird things happening, like a deja-vu sorta thing, I told her to pipe down.

Yep, sure do, I've had several experiences myself. I honestly think whatever it is from my childhood has actually followed me everywhere I move to. And no, I'm not "tired" when I have the stuff happen to me.

My cats will play tug of war with something, you can see her pulling on the shoestring and it's actually stuck like something is at the other end of it.

I honestly don't think they're trying to haunt though or bad stuff would happen. As a kid I was scared, but then I was okay with it. According to my parents, I used to talk to them.
