Do you have to do this? Like, what if I just download the mod loader and that's it? Would I still have to do all of this?

no u don't have to do this if u have a pre modded script network

no u don't have to do this if u have a pre modded script network

Please dumb it down for me. I am new to this. I only just started to get into GTAIV modding. The pre modded script network is basically what I am going to download correct?

if u download mods and u say a script network or script Img that's premodded the blacklist v2 is premodded
