Primarily, the myteam should be fixed in my opinion. People should be able to trade players and play against each other for fun, not just have matchups against random people. There should be a little more increased chance of getting more legends and better players from the packs.
Also, the 3-point shot should be toned down a little, especially with the fading ones.

CREW MODE. Thats all that has to be said

This isn't for NBA 2k14 but I hope they have a NCAA Basketball 14 and have a My Career for both and be able to transfer College save to NBA and continue on.

make stadiums look just like it really is such as celtics spurs court etc

MyCareer: Have money contracts, pickup games with legends, talk to GM about trading for players, recruit better FA, and as much as I hate to say it, injuries for your MyPlayer. It's just realistic.
