Not true, Bethesda has claimed it a false hoax. Sites like Steam have been known to be hacked and modified before.

One little tidbit of information: the name Dreamstride is used in Skyrim for a book during the quest for the Skull of Corruption. Whomever dealt with the false DLC probably used that as a name to base it on since its linked with Vaermina, which apparently this 'dlc' was about.

Ok so guys this dlc you are looking at is most likely a fake. if you look at the bottom screenshots the girl that is casting the spell is just one of the statue/figures you see when on a loading screen. Just because its on steam doesn't mean its real. Don't believe me, check out this video.
