I'd have to say an Acer I have one with 16gb of ram and a TB of hard drive space.

Totally depends on your budget, but the best would roll in somewhere around 3-5k, of course you can spend more. Sli or X-fire with an i7 extreme, 16gb ram, and SSD and dual HDD will cost you a pretty penny
