Basically alls I wanna know is, is it possible to mod tbogt (PS3) online or offline without being jailbroken? Like with a USB or something, help will be appreciated (:

I think u can do it offline with USB

You can do it with a USB for offline but online you need to edit the update.img file and a few others soo you need a cafe for that to work
