Just wanted to ask how active everyone here is if you guys ask me I go to the gym mon-friday. Saturdays are my rest days. I usually workout different part of my bodies once a day. So monday would chest and triceps .. and so on. Love the after gym feeling.Do you do any sports?

I walk to school mon-fri and that's a long walk. I pick up my friend aswel.
Pretty good exercise for me i think. I go for a jog like once a week

I Jog every night from 7-9
I Take myself where ever my body goes.
I also do 500 pushups, and 250 sit ups.
Its nothing really but at least i try

In the morning I run about half a mile and Mon-Fri I workout
MON,WED,FRI Upper Body
TUES,THURS Lower Body

Mon-Friday i walk home from school and i do PE on monday and thursday and i also do water polo for 1 1/2 hours on thursday as well

Tuesday - Back & Biceps
Wednesday - Chest & Triceps
Thrusday - Shoulder's & Abbs
Friday - Deadlift's then anything I want done.

I run every other day weekly, when its not football or basketball season. I lift 3 times a week.
