I workout everyday Mon - Fri for about an hour lifting weights as soon as I get home from work.

I run after school everyday considering I am on the track team at my school.

The only way for me to work out is if I am forced to really.

I play football (soccer) once a week and train a couple of days a week but that's about it. Other than that, I'm a lazy f*cker. XD
