i try to hit the gym atleast 3 days a week although its hard to do with working so many hours a week sometimes

I run about 9 miles a day (I have to for Cross Country and Track). And I go to the gym afterwards.

Well I have track everyday except for Sundays and I workout like on my own probably like twice every week doing like abs or something like that.

I'm not active, like AT ALL. I want to be, but I can't ever seem to stick with it, I tried running/jogging everyday but it's boring. Just couldn't do it :/
