I've never done it because it can lead to banning etc. much easier just to buy it and not risk it.

Not even a little, theft would be hacking the DLC for free, its simply taking it from a friend who already has it. Your friend already paid for said DLC and is giving it to you. Also, I dont why would microsoft and sony have a features? Sony is basically sign into friends account, start downloading and sign back into your account. The download still continues even though you are no longer on said account. Plus the fact that what you said was on the internet, leaving it to be replied to by everyone not one person in specific, but thanks for being a complete jerk about it.
