According to the document, the intent of the always online requirement is to update and patch automatically. It does open the door for publishers to block gamers with used copies if desired.

I highly doubt that games will be $100. If they are, not many people will buy the console.

If sony said that games are gonna cost $0.99-$60 i HIGHLY doubt xbox will be any higher, they would crash and burn. So stop thinking $100. The prices will not increase from what they are now.

Well as of right now, I don't see any reason why I should buy the Xbox 720 because it hasn't even been shown yet and we don't know if it is actually greater than the old gens.
