That completely depends on how much you want to spend on the desktop. How much you should want to spend depends on what games you want to play. We can't just recommend you parts or a prebuilt PC out of the blue; we need more input from you.

Okay well if you are serious about getting a desktop ask here: Forums/f=105/pc-support.html

They can help you make a build I would highly suggest building it piece for piece, you save money and overall you get what you want, but if you are unable to build your own find someone who can or just buy a built one, good luck.

well i play mostly First Person Shooters Like BF3 MW3 Mw2 and RPG Skyrim etc

i want one that runs fast and consistently

currently i have a dell insperon with the intel hd graphics card and it struggles with Minecraft so i want one that is as smooth as keystone that plays faster games nicely

This could possibly be the most Overkill pc i have ever made, You can change the 690 to a Titan or downgrade to a 680, You can also downgrade to a I5 3570k
