SO when u send money as a gift and the person doesnt send your i tem do you get your money back. Because i herd they get sued

If you send as a gift and you get scammed, you're screwed. There's nothing you can do.

yeah you cant dispute basically sending as gift makes them think your sending it to a family member

If it's a gift there is nothing you can do. Thats why you never send as a gift.

if the payment was used using a credit card u can call ur credit card company and file a claim, if not then u have to call paypal
