Hi, my dad has just had a skype interview for a job in Alabama in America.

We currently live in the UK.

I was just curios to get some peoples opinion on the state and America as a whole.

What do I have to look forward to and maybe any doubts?

5letters wrote I don't live in America but as far as I know It's one of the most horrible places on earth. No hate just what I've heard.

Haha...

Don't listen to stereotypical comments like the one this guy just made...

America isn't "one of the most horrible places on Earth" That's just sad that outsiders really think of America like that...

Im not, dont worry.

Your opinion only really matters if you have been/lived there.

I've been to Alabama a lot of times. It seems pretty nice and America as a whole seems exactly the same as the U.K. (at least to me) And there are a lot of fun things to do here for like vacation and what not...

I can't think of anything that would make you not like America, but maybe just some people that you come across...

Alabama is very hot and humid. You have a nice coastline if you live near the shore. Overall it's a great state, it also has the largest aquarium in the U.S. if I'm not mistaken, so maybe that would be a cool thing to live within a few hours of .
