My friend told me he wanted to go dirt biking, but it was cancelled due to weather, so he dreamed about it. Ya is it possible?

I have controlled my dreams before. You just have to think about it a lot and be completely relaxed when you fall asleep.

You can lucid dream which is being semiconscious of the fact that your dreaming and you can control it and everything that happens but its hard to control

Yes you can, its called "Lucid Dreaming". Google it, it is a very interesting subject.

Apparently, what I heard and what Im going to try tonight, is if in your dream, you hold your hand infront of your face, and you can realize you are dreaming, and take control of your dream.

Thats what someone told me a while ago.

You cant control you actions during your dreams, but if you go to bed thinking about something i am sure you will dream about it.
